You must contact Ahern Catering at 440-779-4200 to cater your wedding reception or any catered event, or click on the above link for their website. No other caterer will be permitted on the premises. They can check available dates, show the facilities and book the contract for your event.
St. Joseph Grotto is nestled in the corner of the Pavilion's lot.
Ohio Gambling Laws prohibit gambling of any type on our rental facilities by the leasee. Including raffles, games of chance, lotteries, pools, betting, wheels, slots, cards, dice, etc.
The Mezzanine will hold 100-125 guests. We rent these two facilities separately. They do not go as one unit.

Rental Facilities at St. Clarence The Pavilion
This lovely handicapped-accessible hall has a capacity of 200-450 guests and is available for formal and informal events. It accommodates 32 octagonal tables which require a 90" tablecloth; the chairs are metal folding. Amenities include enclosure with glass sliding doors, heating, a wall fireplace, stage, refrigeration, ice machine, outdoor barbecue grill and an uncovered deck overlooking a Metro Park wooded lot. The Pavilion is not air conditioned but ceiling fans and glass sliding doors help to create cool breezes. Rental includes the room itself, tables, and chairs only and is available form 10:30 A.M. until 12:00 midnight on the day of the event, with no exceptions to the ending time. Weddings must be catered by Ahern Catering, but leasees may bring their own food for other events such as parties, reunions, concerts, dances, etc. Outdoor grills are the only provision for cooking; there are o facilities for inside cooking including the use of crock pots, roasters, etc. Coffee urns are provide by the leasee.

The Terrace Room entrance is through a lovely trellised patio garden and is appropriate for smaller weddings, anniversaries, baby and wedding showers, First Communion parties, etc. This handicapped-accessible facility is a beautiful room which can house events to a maximum of 150 guests, but proves more comfortable at approximately 135. Tables are 5 feet in diameter. The seating area of the Terrace Room is carpeted and there is a small tile dance floor. While there are no provisions for cooking, there is an institutional size refrigerator and a small bar area for serving. Leasees provide their own food with the exception of weddings. Ahern Catering is available for wedding catering or other events is the leasee prefers catering.

The Galilee Coffee Shop
The shop provides a smaller intimate setting for approximately 45 to 50 guests. Situated above the Terrace Room in a free standing building, the Galilee Coffee Shop is comprised of both booths and tables and chairs that overlook the patio garden, the pavilion and the Metro Park wooded lot. Tastefully decorated, it serves smaller groups very well. Food is provided by the leasee. this facility rents by the hour with a three hour minimum.

This hall accommodates 350-400 guests at either round tables or 6 foot rectangular tables. The facility includes the room, tables and chairs, a bar facility and an ice machine. there is kitchen access for warming of food and provision can be made for refrigerator access. The Main Hall includes a stage area for musical accompaniment and a dance floor.
