On The Road Again
Y'all have a wonderful Fourth of July and a great week! I'll be back in my office on Monday the 14th. Please say a prayer or two for the mission trippers while we're gone!

Let Love Out
This week Youth Ministry is collecting clothing and non-perishable food items for the poor in Lewis County, Kentucky. If you have something to donate, please bring it to the Youth Center or the Parish Office before this Friday, July 4.
Our StCYM Appalachian Missionaries (John, Shayn, Steve, Kara, Matt, Vanessa, Brendan, Melissa, Jake, Liz, me & Mrs. Steward) will take all the donations down to Kentucky with us at the end of the week. This is a great way for our entire youth group—rather than only the ten students who are making the journey—to serve the poor and stand in solidarity with the people of Appalachia.

Thursdays: They Just Got More Awesome
So, yesterday morning's little prayer-and-caffeine gathering was so enjoyable that everyone present agreed we should do it every week.
Thus it is decreed, and so shall it be done.
Consider this a standing invitation to join your StCYM friends in the chapel for Mass Thursday mornings at 8:30, then hang out at the coffee shop (home of Peggy's delicious Breakfast Bake), every week for the rest of the summer.
Never thought about getting up early for Mass on a Thursday morning? You know you want to. Come on, we dare ya.
