Thu 11/06/25 N O Oxcart Pantry - Pack Thanksgiving Bags 26272 Butternut Ridge Rd., North Olmsted

Package bags that contain the ingredients for Thanksgiving Dinner.  An assembly line will be set up to fill the bags. The session will be held from 10 until noon at the Pantry.


Tue 11/11/25 Membership Meeting - afternoon Craft and Yap will be from 1:00 until 1:30 p.m. in the Gathering Room.

The information portion of our meeting will begin after refreshments.


Tue 11/18/25 Otterbein SeniorLife (formerly Emerald Village) Wrap & Yap 30344 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted

On the third Tuesday of the month, we help the residents wrap plasticware for the St. Pat dinners. We meet from 2:30 until 3:30 in the gathering room on the third floor. Take the main elevator to the third floor, turn left exiting the elevator and the room is on the right.


Thu 11/20/25 Bake Cupcakes for St. Pat's

We ask volunteers to bake 2 dozen (unfrosted) cupcakes and deliver them to St. C kitchen before NOON on Thursday for the St. Pat's meal. They are frosted by our decorators in the St. C kitchen and then taken to St. Pat's. The plastic cupcake carriers can be found in the Usher's closet.


All bakers MUST sign up to volunteer for this.


Thu 11/20/25 No Sous Chef for St. Pat's

There will not be a Sous Chef Session this month.


Thu 11/20/25 Kitchen Staff at St. Pat's 3602 Bridge Ave., Cleveland

The kitchen staff picks up the ingredients at the St. C kitchen about 3:30 and takes it down to St. Pat's to prepare. From 5:00 until 6:00 they place the food on trays for servers to take it to the guests. Kitchen staff also washes all the dishes and cleans the kitchen after serving.


Thu 11/20/25 Serve meal at St. Pat's 3602 Bridge Ave., Cleveland

Arrive at St. Pat's at 4:55. Greet and serve the patrons sitting in the main hall from 5:00 until 6:00. After people have finished eating, help clean the tables. We'll most likely be able to leave about 6:15. If you would like to come a little earlier to visit with our guests before the meal, please do.

Fri 11/21/25 Salvation Army Fresh Produce Distribution Cleveland West Park Corps, 12745 Lorain Ave.

The Salvation Army distributes fresh produce to residents of Cuyahoga County. Come between 8:30 and 9:00 to help package the produce that will be distributed. The distribution is held from 10:00-1:00. Like to carpool? Indicate that in the notes section.

Salvation Army Bell Ringing

The Church of St. Clarence will be helping the Salvation Army at the Water Tower Giant Eagle between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm at the left entrance (when facing the store). Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Call or text Beth to volunteer for a time slot. Let her know if you plan to bring someone with you. Be sure to dress warmly!
